Nels Carlson has over 55 years in the construction industry. His vast experience in commercial, industrial, residential development and building encompasses a broad spectrum of leadership. This assures the successful coordination of all elements associated with construction. Nels Carlson has a general contractor's "A" general engineering license with a "B" building contractor supplement, Mr. Carlson has been involved with the development and/or construction of numerous commercial, industrial building, single family homes, and several shopping centers throughout Northern California. Nels Carlson is a third generation builder and was first licensed as a building contractor in 1954 with his father.
